Prior to joining Reflektion, Sean was focused on growing Monsoon Commerce’s ecommerce software and services revenues. Monsoon Commerce supports the multi-channel retail businesses of more than 20,000 online merchants with SaaS pricing and order management tools. He also worked closely on merchant programs with Amazon, eBay and Rakuten. Prior to Monsoon, Sean was the chief executive of the new-media division of Technicolor, with a leadership position in digital-media segments in a dozen countries. Sean was instrumental in developing PRN, an international, in-store marketing and merchandising platform focused on driving shopping behavior at the point of purchase. PRN worked with Walmart, BestBuy, Costco and other leading global retailers and consumer brands.

Amar began his career at Oracle in software development and was an early Google employee. His 11-year career at Google included key leadership roles in several successful businesses and platforms. He was an original member of the Adsense team, designing and developing core technologies that are critical to its widespread use today. Amar was also one of the founding engineers for Google Books, which is now part of Google Play. He did foundational work on Gmail user modeling, using semantic learning and other advanced technologies to improve search results and other applications for millions of users. Amar is an expert in distributed systems and large-scale computing.

Gil joined Reflektion from AppDirect, where he was VP of Product Management and helped the company become the leading App Store-as-a-Service provider globally. Before AppDirect, Gil spent almost 4 years at Google, where he headed product management for sponsored offers. He was also responsible for integrating DoubleClick and YouTube into Google’s monetization services. Previously, he served as CTO of internet security startup Onigma (acquired by McAfee) and as Chief Information Security Officer with Finjan (acquired by M86 security). Gil started his career with the Israeli Ministry of Defense, where he was an engineering department head. He holds an MBA from Wharton and a bachelor’s degree in Math, Physics, and Computer Science from the Talpiot program at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.

Prior to joining Reflektion he served as Vice President of e-commerce solutions at GSI Commerce (now part of eBay) where he crafted multi-channel e-commerce initiatives for large (IR 100) brands and retailers. He was Director of e-commerce at McAfee responsible for North American online business during the hyper growth stage. Prior to that, he has led teams managing back-office operations including customer service at various divisions of CA Technologies for more than ten years. Rajiv holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology in India.

Prior to joining Reflektion, Kurt was CMO for Marketwired/Sysomos where he relaunched their brands, as well as, led the successful turnaround of the lead generation and content strategy efforts for both brands. Previously Kurt was the CMO for Monetate, where he helped double revenues for the cloud-based browser technology company. Kurt has also held senior executive positions at leading consumer marketing firms that include Priceline, Time Warner/Synapse Connect, and Walker Digital Companies, where he leveraged his expertise in corporate strategy, product development, customer acquisition and retention, and creative development to increase lead generation, revenue, and market share.

Vivek brings over two decades of engineering and leadership experience including Yahoo, Google, Netflix, and Upwork to the Reflektion team. Vivek brings his key strengths in building scalable, fault-tolerant and performant cloud products to the Reflektion platform. Having been responsible for Gmail frontend generating 1 billion + daily page views as well as online marketplaces with over $1 billion in transactions makes Vivek a natural fit for Reflektion’s fast growing ecommerce focused platform. Vivek also has put his skill sets to work managing highly distributed engineering teams across multiple continents as well has led transformation of legacy applications to highly scalable micro-service architectures.
