Reflektion Appoints Rob Neibauer Vice President, Sales

Reflektion, the leading unified engagement platform for brands worldwide, today announced that Rob Neibauer, formerly of GT Nexus, has been named Vice President of Sales for the Company.

With more than two decades experience as a sales leader, Neibauer will leverage his deep retail industry expertise and network to lead and coordinate Reflektion’s sales and business development functions.

Neibauer has spent the past 17 years focused on helping retailers develop and deploy strategies that help them keep pace with ever evolving customer expectations. In his previous role, Neibauer was Vice President, Sales at GT Nexus, a cloud-based global supply chain management platform, where he developed strategies that allowed his customers to streamline the international supply chains that brought their products to consumers while also achieving working capital gains. In this role, he was responsible for recruiting and developing the Company’s sales teams for the Retail and Brand market sector. Prior to his work at GT Nexus, Neibauer was Chief Revenue Officer for CalmSea Inc., a next generation, predictive marketing analytics platform, where he developed and executed the Company’s go-to-market strategy, in addition to leading all customer-facing functions. Neibauer has also held senior leadership positions at Blue Martini Software, RedPrairie Corporation, and Escalate Retail.

Neibauer attended college at Montana State University where he earned his B.A. in Business Management.
