Reflektion’s Customer Engagement Console (CEC) is the command center for managing your site’s personalization. The CEC empowers merchandisers and marketers to make changes to the site’s personalization experience with easy-to-configure controls at their fingertips. Retailers can establish merchandising rules and promote/demote products or categories based on attributes, promotions, seasonality, margins, or other factors.
Furthermore, merchandisers and marketers can improve product rankings by adding product attribute weightings for further contextual targeting. In addition, they can configure search navigation facets based on keyphrases and/or audience segment. Furthermore, they can schedule updates and or apply them on-demand.
The CEC offers built-in analytics that provides merchandisers and executive management with complete interactive visibility into personalization performance. In addition, there is built-in support for A/B and multivariate split test experiments based on different keywords, relevance, and weights to quickly compare different outcomes.
