Reflektion expands leadership team as part of surging Q1 Growth
Reflektion, the world’s leading AI-powered personalization platform for the retail industry, today announced the appointments of Ray Villeneuve as President & Chief Operations Officer and Javed Maqsood as Vice President of Customer Success & Operations. Both executives will be located in Reflektion’s San Mateo headquarters.

Villeneuve brings three decades of executive experience in technology to drive continued growth initiatives for Reflektion.
In leadership roles with cutting edge technology companies including Virtual Instruments, Skytree, Riverbed, NetApp, and MonoSphere, Villeneuve has recruited, focused, and energized highly talented executive teams and driven explosive growth. He has raised many millions of dollars in venture funding, helped create significant stakeholder value, and driven significant exits.
In his preceding role as president of Virtual Instruments, Villeneuve helped stabilize the performance analytics company’s global operations and built the team and processes to support profitable revenue in excess of $100M in just one year.
Javed Maqsood – Vice President of Customer Success & Operations
As a veteran in building startup operations and developing delivery teams in consulting and software industries, Maqsood brings over two decades of experience in services and customer success leadership to the Reflektion team.
Maqsood previously worked for BloomReach, Kodak, Zynga and Box, where he built technology teams that repeatedly outperform their operational metrics.
