Reflektion and Sitecore join forces

The last year has been filled with both challenges and opportunities. As the physical world closed down due to the global pandemic, the world economy has seen a huge growth in the digital experience space. As a company, we have been looking at investing ourselves in a digital experience platform and expedite the roadmap.

I am excited to announce we have entered into a definitive agreement to join Sitecore, the #1 Digital Experience Platform in the industry. We are thrilled to join forces with the top player in the industry.

The acquisition, which is part of Sitecore’s ambitious ongoing $1.2 billion growth plan, is expected to close by the end of Sept 2021.

I want to take this opportunity to thank our customers, partners, and most importantly, the Reflektion team for their amazing support all these years. This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without your trust. As a team, we are thrilled to continue to serve our customers and deliver a new set of product discovery tools with a keen focus on search.

Acquisitions are always bittersweet, but I’d like to assure you that everything is business as usual. With the Sitecore/Reflektion integration, the world will see a whole new set of amazing offerings become available, enhancing digital experiences for searchers around the globe.
